Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant specializing in Digital Analytics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, with the ability to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into actionable insights and analytics solutions, driving product decisions and improvements.

Key Technical Skills:

• Adobe Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics

• Dashboard and report creation

• Web and mobile application tracking

• JavaScript (Basic to Intermediate understanding)

• HTML and other web technologies

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $44 - $49 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for product owners.

• Collaborate with product teams to understand business objectives and translate them into tracking specifications and analytics solutions.

• Design and implement tracking strategies for web and mobile applications, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals.

• Analyze user behavior, trends, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, offering guidance and training to stakeholders as needed.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation of analytics solutions.

• Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations effectively through both written reports and verbal presentations.

Experience Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics or a related role, with hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.

• Strong understanding of web and mobile application tracking, tagging methodologies, and data governance.

• Experience in writing detailed tracking specifications and collaborating with development teams for implementation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across business units and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
