Security Officer - Full Time
Location: Springfield & Decatur, IL Area
Rate: $16.50-$18.50/HR

Available shifts for open positions can include combination of 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd shift and will include weekends, and holidays.
Monday thru Friday only and/or day shift only positions are generally not available.

Position Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required (All our positions will include driver certification)
Have reliable working communication device (cell phone)
Have reliable transportation (private transportation is required) (No public transportation is available)
Willing to participate in the Company's Security Officer pre-employment screening process, including drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are used) and background investigation (drug screen includes THC)
Have a High School Diploma or GED or be willing to complete the GED program within six months
Average to above average computer skills
Have the legal right to work in the United States
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
Customer service background preferred
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
Must have great attention to detail
Must be comfortable conducting access control duties
