We are offering a short-term contract opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in SPRINGFIELD, Ohio.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process a backlog of paper invoices

• Conduct regular account reconciliation

• Administer check runs

• coding invoices

• Data entry

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial functions and reporting

• Implement 3 Way Matching process to verify invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports

• Operate Ellucian Banner software for administrative function

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) procedures

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Familiarity with Invoice Processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of 3 Way Matching process

• Experience with Ellucian Banner software or similar ERP systems

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
