The Opportunity:

CACI is currently seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Senior Project Manager with exceptional financial acumen to support our Program's Operational Team to manage cost, schedule and quality of dynamic projects supporting the INSCOM GILE Program. As the selected candidate, you will support the Program Management Office to plan and organize projects and portfolios of smaller projects for successful completion. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid financial background to further develop understanding of large Program and Project Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor project financial statuses and performance to maintain contract budget guidelines and schedules.

  • Support the Program Manager and Operational team with Organic Growth within the program.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans and objectives with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager and Senior Operational Managers.

  • Track and analyze performance under contracts to ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, funds, facilities, and equipment.

  • Work with other Operational Managers to monitor project financial health for 30 different customers across the Program.

  • Implements project plans by directing and coordinating project functions in the performance of contracts/orders assigned.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and practices; revise existing procedures and practices as required to meet program requirements.

  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and other practices set forth by the Program Manager and PMO Staff.

  • Maintains customer contacts and visitations to ensure mature relationships.

  • Ability to Lead, Follow, and Contribute across a dynamic Program Team.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent (Additional 4 years of Experience) in Technical (Business), Engineering or Military Discipline.

  • Knowledge of the military operational structure, organization and functions.

  • Complete understanding of contract cost and pricing principles.

  • Knowledge of various computer programs (i.e. Power Point, Excel, Word, and Project).

  • Leadership and decision-making skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • US Citizen and an active TS/SCI clearance

Desired:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Accounting / Financial Background

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
