Job Title: Electrician Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrician Technician to join our team for a large healthcare new construction project at UF Health Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial new construction electrical work and be proficient in bending and running conduit/EMT.
Responsibilities
Assemble, install, and wire electrical apparatus and fixtures using hand and power tools.
Read and interpret blueprints to execute electrical tasks.
Install fuse boxes and ensure proper functioning.
Use basic electrical hand tools and a cordless drill (preferred).
Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC codes.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform terminations.
Manage and oversee a crew, ensuring project timelines are met.
Essential Skills
Minimum 7 years of commercial new construction electrical experience.
Proficiency in bending and running conduit/EMT.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Familiarity with high voltage systems and panels.
Experience with troubleshooting and terminations.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
