What You'll be Doing:
Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales? As a Sales Representative, you'll engage with clients, gaining hands-on experience and supporting various sales functions. You'll contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, supporting negotiations, and driving progress under the guidance of seasoned professionals. Your role is crucial in understanding our products, market dynamics, and client needs.
*Key Tasks: *
Assist in identifying sales opportunities.
Support sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
Interact with clients to understand their basic needs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with team members to support business development efforts.
Participate in product and sales training sessions.
Help in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.
Conduct market research to support sales strategies.
Respond to client inquiries with supervision.
Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and efficiency.
You're a Great Fit if You Have/Can:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience
1-3 years of B2B commissioned sales
Experience in inside sales
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
Sales Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Product Awareness: Familiarity with company products and services.
Customer Service: Ability to respond to client inquiries and support client needs.
Organization: Capability to manage records and documentation efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work within a team to achieve sales goals.
Market Research: Basic skills in gathering and analyzing market data.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $63,150 - $87,250
This role is eligible for Commission.
