Corporate Security Support Specialist
Job Description:
Summary:
Provides support to the Corporate Security and Fraud department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Loads fraud/security case data into case management system.
Creates standard and trend reports, also generates reports based on case data entry.
Completes funds recovery processing.
Obtains video and pictures from video equipment.
Completes general office and administrative duties including planning meetings, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, composing correspondence (email and written), filing, completing and reconciling expense reports and internal general ledgers, preparing invoices for payment and ordering office supplies.
Creates spreadsheets, presentations, meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
Provides exceptional customer service for incoming telephone calls , emails, written correspondence and clients/visitors.
Maintains and updates data within computer system(s) and program(s).
Answers routine correspondence from courts, financial institutions, other legal entities and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information.
Sorts and distributes department mail, department emails, drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including IT, Facilities and HR.
Works independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects.
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
banking background or accounting helpful
Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy
strong ability to problem solve , identify data issues
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize; handle multiple tasks; and work independently
Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as, computer work stations, calculators, and copier
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years related experience
Computer and Software Skills:
Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Office
Bankway, Salesforce & Google Mail helpful
