Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Maintains SharePoint Online sites for digitized files

• Utilizes ShareGate to run content migration processes

• Utilizes PowerShell scripting for content migration processes

• Calculates page count totals utilizing Excel

• Communicates with the project vendor to ensure page count accuracy

• Documents technical processes

• Attends and offers technical expertise in regular meetings with the vendor, project management, and customers

• Consults end users on SharePoint Online site design, permissions, and functionality

• Troubleshoots migration errors/issues and works with vendor support as needed

Experience:

• Skilled with PowerShell scripting

• Proficient with ShareGate

• Experienced with SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) and WinSCP

• Familiar with AutoSys Workload Automation

• Knowledgeable in SharePoint Online Administration and Site Design (site permissions, metadata column creation, column settings, document library views, navigation, etc.)

• Capable of communicating technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical partners/customers

• Detail oriented for meticulous and multi-step processes

• Adept at troubleshooting issues with vendor support

• Experienced with documenting technical processes

• Familiar with Windows servers

• Ability to collaborate well in a team environment

• Basic knowledge of Excel
