Adecco US, Inc. Electronics & Mechanical Repair Technician - 1st shift in St. Louis, Missouri
We are seeking a skilled Electronics & Mechanical Repair Technician. Our CNCs, and other equipment, from time to time need repairs to the circuit boards, whether it is swapping with another drive or soldering diodes and transistors on the circuit board. The ideal candidate will have not just this experience, but also mechanical maintenance experience. We are not looking for someone who repairs computers, but someone who has this experience from working in a manufacturing facility. You will need to diagnose, repair, and maintain circuit boards and other electrical and mechanical components in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, working with PLCs, and performing both electrical and mechanical repairs to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Pay rate: $26.96-$30.52 per hour.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00AM to 3:30PM with potential overtime
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair malfunctioning circuit boards and electronic components in machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, relays, PLCs, and sensors.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Maintain documentation of repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years in electronics repair, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing circuit boards, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Strong knowledge of electronic systems, including low voltage applications.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics effectively.
Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems is a plus.
Excellent mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Associate degree or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Pay Details: $26.96 to $30.52 per hour
