What’s the role?

Are you ready to make an impact in the world of commercial interiors? As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with architects, designers, business owners, and contractors to bring high-quality flooring solutions to life. Your focus will be on education and dealer sales in the STL Metro and Central Illinois—but you’ll also have the flexibility to build relationships across multiple industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

Be a trusted advisor – Help clients find the perfect flooring solutions to fit their budget, timeline, and vision.Be out in the field – Travel throughout your territory to meet with clients, visit project sites, and uncover new opportunities.Be a project leader – Own the sales process from start to finish—identify opportunities, track orders, coordinate installations, and ensure customer satisfaction.Be a relationship builder – Connect with existing and new clients over coffee, lunch, or special events to build long-term partnerships. Be a storyteller – Give presentations to architects, designers, and business owners, showing them how Patcraft’s innovative solutions can elevate their spaces. Be a digital pro – Manage your accounts and projects using Salesforce CRM to keep everything organized and moving forward.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Must be based in St. Louis MetroAbility to travel up to 15%1+ year of sales experience (but if you’re a fast learner, let’s talk!)A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
