SteadyMD Senior Financial Analyst in St. Louis, Missouri
SteadyMD is on a mission to change the way health care works by offering patients a comprehensive, personalized, long-term relationship with their own personal doctor, completely online. Founded in 2016, SteadyMD is an end-to-end telemedicine platform - with components including marketing, software development, patient-doctor communications, care navigation, and clinician management & recruitment.
Responsibilites
Supervise, collect, review, and analyze clinician activity reports for over 30 programs to calculate clinician compensation and program revenue
Build and maintain structured data for clinician compensation payroll processing and internal and external reporting
Prepare revenue accruals, cost accruals, and actual cost entries for the accounting monthly close and provide information to Controller.
Update and maintain records of clinician compensation data in compensation platform and send out biweekly payment breakdown emails to over 500 clinicians
Review the accounting entries for program revenues and operating expenses for completeness and accuracy
Maintain and update revenue, cost, encounter data, and financial statements in a financial model with more than 50 customers
Produce monthly reports to executive team of key performance indicators, including account revenues, operation costs, margin analysis, and trending reports, and present at company-wide monthly meetings
Produce data for employer group invoicing for the company’s clinical program

Requirements
Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Analytics or MBA in Finance or Accounting
2 years’ experience in Financial Analyst, Business Analyst or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related
2 years of experience with Excel
2 years of experience with QuickBooks
1 year of experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tool
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast paced startup environment
Go-getters who thrive in creating structure out of ambiguity
Superb communication skills, excellent presentation, speaking, and writing skills
