Description

• Follow established policies, procedures, and training guidelines while making outbound calls to collect on deceased debt

• Meet daily collection goals and productivity standards

• Maintain queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls and miscellaneous follow-up work

• Conduct fact-finding conversations with individuals to locate estate information and identify potential money sources

• Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency and firm deadlines

• Skip-trace accounts according to established practices provided in training

• Assist in special projects as requested

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $37440.00

nefits (healthcare, dental, PTO, etc): medical, dental, vision, short term/long term disability, 401K, yearly performance/comp evaluations, PTO 16 days/year and holiday pay

Career Advancement/Financial Opportunity: HIGH earning potential, typically first year in this role hourly + commissions = 40K - 60K, good performers the second year can double that
