Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in St. Louis Park, Minnesota

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in the automotive industry based in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, United States. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be the main point of contact for all technology-related issues, ensuring quick and efficient resolution. You will also be responsible for providing support to employees across the organization and maintaining accurate documentation of all the issues resolved.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all technology-related issues

• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and requests in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals

• Document and maintain a record of all customer issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system

• Escalate complex issues to senior support resources as required

• Manage the provision and deprovision of user accounts

• Install technology equipment such as PCs, printers, phones, etc. at company sites

• Provide excellent customer service across the organization

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails related to technology issues

• Utilize skills such as Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Provide Technical Support, Remote Desktop Support, Windows Remote Desktop. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is a must.

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is required.

• Experience with Mac Computers is essential.

• Knowledge of Microsoft software and systems is necessary.

• Ability to manage and maintain Active Directory.

• Proficiency in handling Apple Devices.

• Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining Computer Hardware.

• Ability to Provide Technical Support to both team members and clients.

• Experience in Remote Desktop Support is required.

• Familiarity with Windows Remote Desktop is a must. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
