Fairview Health Services Administrative Assistant in St Paul, Minnesota

Overview

Here at M Health Fairview, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Home Medical and Orthotics Prosthetics division! This role will support the System Executive, Directors, and Managers of the department. This division has 17 locations across the Twin Cities and another location in Hibbing.

The position will work in-person at our main location in St. Paul, MN. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM. This is a benefit-eligible role!

Responsibilities Job Description

The overall responsibilities include managing a complex office environment with their daily needs.

  • Providing and coordination of written and verbal communication for day to day operation

  • Preparing presentations and reports

  • Maintain the office systems, procedures and records

  • Creating and paying invoices

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments; manages the calendars of the department leadership

  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Preferred

Education

  • Associates Degree

Experience

  • 1-2 years of Adminstrative Experience

  • Microsoft Outlook Experience
