The work is partially onsite at its downtown St. Paul Campus and partially working from home. Through 2024, parking is FREE within their building's parking garage. The Data Entry and Review Specialist role is a dynamic, fast-paced, position that allows you to utilize your keen eye for detail, data input skills, and analytical skills. Responsibilities

Support a dynamic, fast-paced, evolving business operations team with a variety of accountabilities to be performed as a team as well as individually.

• Receive, analyze, assess, and input data received from multiple sources

• Review and input data from received new and existing business applications, withdrawal requests, billing, personal information changes, authorizations, and coverage verification forms

• Research and resolve discrepancies to ensure 100% accurate data

• Reach out to internal business partners and external clients via email and phone

• Document conversations and follow up action items

• Utilize Microsoft Office daily

• Proactively seek out help and where you can additionally support the team's goals

• Communicate any challenges of hitting deadlines you may have

• Ask questions to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance
