Job Description: Allied National Services is seeking a skilled and reliable General Handyman to join our team. As a General Handyman, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that our clients properties remain in top condition. If you re a problem solver with a strong work ethic, this role is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance, repairs, and minor installations. Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks. Troubleshoot and fix minor issues with equipment, appliances, and fixtures. Provide preventative maintenance for both commercial and residential properties. Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all tools and materials are available and maintained. Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure work is completed to their satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of maintenance, repair, and general building systems. Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. Ability to handle various hand tools and power tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills.
