What we're looking for in you * Bachelor s degree in Training & Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field (Master s preferred). * 4+ years of experience in talent development, instructional design, and training facilitation. * Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and training programs (DiSC and Five Behaviors preferred). * Expertise in learning methodologies including instructional technology, adult learning principles, and training evaluation. * Proficiency with eLearning tools (Articulate 360 and Camtasia preferred).
