Ecolab Inc Senior Product Marketing Manager, Pharma Digital Solutions in St. Paul, Minnesota

The Life Sciences team is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Pharma Digital Solutions to manage the ideation, development, market launch, and lifecycle of the Ecolab Pharma digital product offerings. This digital leader is responsible for commanding a deep understanding of market dynamics, owning and delivering digital solutions that support our external customers, while ensuring our internal teams are equipped to showcase and sell the value of our digital solutions. This role will report into Ecolab's digital organization and collaborate closely with Pharma and Personal Care business cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, customer digital solutions (CDS), RD&E, and others. This person will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the market landscape and customer processes and needs, to accelerate and drive the innovation pipeline forward. This person will lead cross-functional teams to accelerate digitally-enabled programs to drive success from concept phase to commercialization. Partner closely with industry partners, sales and other marketers to gain VOB and VOC to inform the development of Ecolab digital offerings Identify key customer and business requirements for digital capabilities to evolve, prioritize, and support the digital product development Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that enables a cross-functional team to achieve short and long-term digital product growth goals. Partner with General Managers and business leadership to prioritize commercial, technology, and process needs for a customer value-first delivery model, maximizing market competitiveness. Lead cross-functional teams of subject matter experts across marketing, RD&E, sales, CDS, training, and others to ensure the new offerings are truly best-in-class and are delivered in a very fast turnaround Build and manage go-to-market strategy, monetization and execution plans Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure smooth transition of valuable existing segment-specific content as well as creating a pipeline of planned innovation-supporting content Gain alignment from the most senior levels of the organization on offering development, launches and ultimately successful adoption Manage communication strategy and plan for new capability launches in collaboration with marketing communications Ensure flawless execution by developing sales enablement tools and processes to launch the new and existing digital offerings in collaboration with ECL training, MarComm, segment Marketing, and CDS partners Set relevant performance metrics aligned with business objectives Contribute to overall and digital M&A strategy when necessary. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 10 years professional experience 5+ Years experience building and implementing a digital product innovation in harma manufacturing Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in business or computer science Experience leveraging agile process management to deliver digital tools in a collaborative environment Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Effective oral and written communication skills, good attention to detail, and well-developed leadership qualities Demonstrated ability to partner with key business stakeholders, understand complex problems, identify, and recommend solutions and communicate to all levels of leadership and partners. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadblocks to executive level leaders, and build into an execution plan Experience integrating and leveraging digital capabilities to increase customer relevance and value delivery Experience in developing new product launch strategies -- including pricing, marketing communications, and value proposition development Demonstrated ability to translate customer problems into meaningful solutions. Ability to collaborate and partner with all levels of an organization. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The base salary range for this position is $130,100.00 - $195,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
