Job Description

The Clinical Digital Assistant team is at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare through advanced conversational AI and clinical automation solutions. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with expertise and passion in building teams, coaching individuals, and solving difficult problems in distributed systems, platform infrastructure, and resilient, enterprise-scale services.

In this role you will find yourself leading and managing an engineering team towards building solutions to challenges in the Data, Science, and Interoperability platforms space. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists and clinical domain experts to build enterprise scale applications and platforms to deliver core capabilities in our organization's Clinical AI framework.

You will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and strategy to the team. You will establish and develop the team to meet and execute the strategy, and will contribute to the success of your team and other related teams. We expect you to deliver large-scale projects on time with high quality.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience managing a product engineering team of 8+ people

  • Strong knowledge of technical architecture and software engineering best practices

  • Experience applying, measuring, and improving agile engineering processes

  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams to establish detailed product plans and roadmaps

  • Experience with large-scale deployments and use of the Python or Java SE platform.

  • Experience in the healthcare domain a major plus

The team is building CDA-powered products on top of our CDAF platform, delivering innovative AI experiences to existing and new customers.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $107,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
