ManTech Security Administrator II in Stafford, Virginia

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Monitor physical security for conformance to Government requirements.
Perform administration functions related to operating a secured facility, including document control, classification management and processing, coordination with Government Task Managers and the Contractor's Program Manager.
Provide personnel security to program sponsored individuals, to include receiving documentation and forwarding reportable personal security information as appropriate.
Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices.
Provide ad hoc security support (i.e, security support to large conferences and other program activities as directed).
Escort facility visitors and maintains associated logs, assist in the preparation of facility access control badges.
Conduct entry and exit inspections, assist in the maintenance of facility access control entry systems, to include visitor control.
Assist in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element follow and enforce the customer’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Respond promptly to customer service needs and requirements for program security support.
Process access request insuring proper security paperwork is prepared and submitted. • Knowledge of IC government regulations (e.g.., ICD 704).
Provide support for the security awareness and education programs
Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Senior Security Representative
Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with appropriate government personnel to achieve appropriate clearance actions
Prepare and/or process inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages and receipts
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience or Associate's Degree or 7 years or High School Diploma and 9 years
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the physical security field.
Past performance in identifying, incorporating, and adhering to DoD and Service-level standards, employment regulations, and/or other relevant Security publications.
Knowledge of IC government regulations (e.g.., ICD 704) and Government Information Systems related to Security (e.g., DISS)
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate, communicate, and interaction with Senior Government personnel; including Officer, Enlisted, and Civilian.
Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Family of Software and Tools such as Office, Visio, SharePoint, Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity and experience with supporting SAP/ CAP security requirements
Current CI Polygraph screening.
Clearance Requirements:
- Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility, eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information, and willingness to submit to a CI polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Frequently communicate in-person with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations with a high level of accuracy
