Responsibilities:

• Handle banking transactions with attention to detail and accuracy

• Prepare and submit wire transfers for approval, ensuring compliance with company policies

• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to maintain accurate financial records

• Monitor bank balances and adjust as necessary to ensure financial accuracy

• Identify and respond to any discrepancies or irregularities in cash receipts

• Ensure all transactions are booked into the system correctly

• Manage cash requirements of various departments, ensuring their financial needs are met

• Maintain a well-organized system for easy retrieval of financial information

• Respond and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1yr experience with relevant and current skillset in wires and bank reconciliations along with being detail oriented and timely.
