ManpowerGroup Event Coordinator in Stamford, Connecticut

Our client, a leading corporation in the office industry, is seeking an Event Coordinator to join their team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be part of the Corporate Events Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Part-Time Event Coordinator

Location: Stamford, CT

Shifts/Hours : Tuesdays - Wednesdays - Thursdays Only from 7:00am to 3:30pm

Pay Range: $22 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate and execute corporate events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities

  • Assist in the planning and logistics of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs

  • Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all event attendees

What's Needed?

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience making coffee and other drinks (Training provided)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
