Product Quality Engineer

Purpose of the position

Collaborate closely with the Continuous Improvement team to integrate quality data analysis into the decision-making process, focusing on the optimization of process instructions and product quality,

standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure that CB products comply with established specifications and quality requirements regardless of manufacturing site.

• Utilize advanced data analytics to identify patterns and trends in quality metrics, translating these insights into actionable priorities for updating inspection instructions and product specifications

• Work together with operation organisation and the different MAU:s in order to improve product quality and processes.

• Produce, develop, approve, implement and maintain instructions/approval criteria for in production and final inspection.

• CB representative to participate in MAU product audits or perform BL product audits.

• Analyze claims data and customer complaints to find improvement possibilities.

What you’ll need to succeed

Education

• Education level needs to be University Degree, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering or Quality Engineering or similar work experience.

Experience

• Experience in CB product line

• Experiences regarding similar products are qualifying.

• Experience in creating work instruction is an advantage

Competencies

• Process Mapping and developement

• High level of communication skills is important.

• High level of computer skills, very good knowledge in Microsoft Office or google docs

• High understanding of understanding technical specs of our products

• Knowledge and experience from drawing rules and reading drawings.

• Ability to build trust and good relations

• Driving force and energetic and result oriented.

• Problem solver.

• Positive attitude.

• Ability to do independent work as well as teamwork.

• Great accuracy, analytical ability and well structured.

• Multi task capability

• Engineering hands on skills.

• Knowledge of container handling business.
