Labor Rocket is seeking dedicated individuals to join a production team in Sterling Heights, MI where you will be responsible for assembling automotive components at a leading automotive manufacturer. This position is ideal for someone with an eye for detail who can maintain a steady pace and meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Shift and Pay:

$16.10/hr paid weekly 3rd shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday night start with overtime on Saturdays (Friday Night)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely.
• Inspect parts for defects and maintain production quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production targets and support overall production goals.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
• Must wear provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety toe shoes.
