Description

SAIC has an immediate opening for an All Source Intelligence Analyst to provide intelligence support for operations at the tactical and strategic level throughout Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) to include analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, and geographic area. In this role you will research, monitor, and analyze all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs, drafting assessments based on findings. You will be considered a recognized authority in this area of expertise. Intelligence analysis may include; SIGINT, ELINT, or HUMINT. You will also develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements to ensure operation success, and present analysis or products to customers. Some other things you will do:

• Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of data sets.

• Coordinate across department teams and external partners to identify long and short term operational risks as well as deconfliction of partner activities.

• Produce risk assessments for operational activities.

• Brief complex topics to team members, departments, and senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's Degree, or relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly.

• All-Source analysis experience.

• Ability to quickly learn analysis tools, application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.

• Open Source analysis experience.

• Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT reporting and target development.

• Excellent presentation and written skills, effective in developing and presenting briefings on complex issues to client managers.

• Ability to work both independently and in teams.
