About the role:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of our operations team in Sterling, VA. The role is requiered to be onsite each day in Sterling, VA, to support our production team.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Drive technical and disciplinary leadership at various production cells including resource planning
Build teams to improve production processes and engage in development of the team
Drive our metrics at daily management meetings to ensure on time delivery of products
Engage in problem solving with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to monthly KPIs
Develop and implement lean principles for continuous improvement, expansion of daily management, problem solving process, standard work and 5S via Kaizens
The essential requirements of the job include:
Knowledge of electronics and joining techniques e.g. gluing, screwing and soldering
At least 5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in leading a team
Proficient in ERP systems
Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and inventory management.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in navigating ERP systems.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $80000 - $95000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
