Responsibilities:

• Coordinate financial activities across multiple transportation and ag business entities

• Manage accounts with precision and accuracy

• Oversee the preparation of budgets and ensure they align with business needs

• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to financial regulations and guidelines

• Develop and implement efficient accounting systems to streamline operations

• Maintain meticulous financial records for reference and analysis

• Play a pivotal role in the formulation and execution of financial strategies

• Ensure compliance with economic and financial laws and regulations

• Utilize your analytical skills to assess and enhance financial performance

• Leverage your knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in managing the company's finances.

Requirements • Proficient in executing all accounting functions to maintain financial health of the organization

• Strong knowledge in managing Accounts Payable (AP) procedures to ensure timely payments

• Ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing and cash receipting

• Demonstrated experience in conducting internal and external audits for financial transparency

• Proficiency in managing budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
