JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The Director of Maintenance is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations across facilities, ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high-quality maintenance programs. The Director will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manage budgets, and implement best practices using electronic Computerized Maintenance Management System (eCMMS). Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs to enhance asset reliability and operational efficiency. Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Project Management, Facilities, and Maintenance to align maintenance initiatives with organizational objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance managers, supervisors, and technicians. Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within maintenance operations. Operations & Maintenance Management Oversee the maintenance of production equipment, machinery, and operational assets. Ensure the eCMMS system is fully utilized for work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and asset tracking. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards for workplace safety and environmental compliance. Manage spare parts inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance solutions. Budget & Resource Management Develop and manage the maintenance department\'s annual budget, optimizing costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
