Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in English or Spanish via phone, Teams, fax, and email or chat
• Process customer orders for parts and service
• Create and distribute quotations of parts and service
• Invoice parts and service orders
• Track customer calls, complaints, orders, & shipments
• Follow up on past due customer orders and manage delivery expectations
• Support Field Service Engineers with service visits, spare parts inventory, and quoting
• Update and maintain CRM and ERP database
• Conduct contract review
• Complete export paperwork
• Ensure purchase order terms comply with Alpha's standard terms and conditions (or previously negotiated terms)
• Complete other responsibilities as required

Education - Experience - Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
• Must possess a strong customer orientation
• Must be extremely detail oriented
• Must possess strong time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong customer orientation
• Experience with Letters of Credit, Import/Export and Performance Bank Guarantees preferred
