Curtiss-Wright is looking for a seasoned Talent Sourcer (Contract) to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team! As a key member of our Executive Search Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global recruitment efforts. You will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners & Business Leaders to identify, engage, and source industry-leading talent across a variety of critical leadership roles. You will bring a proven background in executive search, a passion for sourcing high-caliber candidates, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your Challenge

  • Global Sourcing Strategy: Supporting and executing sourcing strategies to identify high-quality executive candidates for leadership roles across the organization, including C-suite.

  • Research & Market Mapping: Conduct research to map the talent landscape, identify industry leaders, and build a pipeline of high-potential candidates. Leverage various tools, platforms, and networks to source passive and active candidates.

  • Candidate Engagement: Proactively engage with senior-level executives, building & maintaining relationships and generating interest in Curtiss-Wright’s leadership opportunities. Leverage your network and outreach techniques to attract top-tier talent.

  • Collaborate and partner closely with CW’s internal TA Team and hiring managers to understand leadership requirements, align on talent needs, and refine candidate profiles.

  • Candidate Profiling: Evaluate candidates based on experience, leadership capabilities, cultural fit, and potential to drive results. Present shortlisted candidates to senior stakeholders.

  • Global Reach: Manage searches across global markets, considering regional nuances and ensuring alignment with Curtiss-Wright’s values and strategic goals.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage an active pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Track and report on sourcing metrics, providing insights into talent acquisition trends, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment effectiveness.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience sourcing with a focus on executive and senior-level talent. Experience in global recruitment across one or more of our markets is a plus.

  • Strong sourcing proficiency in sourcing candidates through advanced methods such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, networking, and other innovative sourcing strategies.

  • Familiarity with the executive recruitment landscape within technology-driven, defense, aerospace, and industrial sectors.

  • Polished written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior-level leadership candidates.

  • Collaborative mindset & a team-oriented approach to sourcing and recruitment with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and data management with the ability to leverage metrics to inform decision-making and drive sourcing strategies.

  • Ability to manage global searches, understanding regional talent markets, and adapting approaches to local requirements.

  • Proficient in using sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment technology platforms.

  • A quiet, secure, work from home space with the ability openly communicate.

  • Resilience for change and ambiguity to support the fast-paced changing needs of our business.
