Worksite Location(s): Work will be performed in multiple worksites throughout the streetsboro area including the counties of Medina, Summit, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Portage and Lake

Job Description: Assist with loading trucks in preparation for job sites, Dig fence post holes using hand diggers and power augers, Carry and organize materials such as lumber, vinyl, and chain link, Stretch wire, wire mesh, or chain link fencing between posts and attach fencing to frames, Mix and pour concrete around bases of posts, or tamp soil into postholes to embed posts, Attach fence rail supports to posts, using hammers and pliers.  O/T available at: 34.85-42.81/hour

Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the designated pick-up location at the Streetsboro office. Employer will then provide each work crew with daily transportation among the worksite locations in Medina, Summit, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Portage and Lake.

Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: No. Is On-the-Job Training available?: No.

If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.

H-2B ASSURANCES Deductions from the Worker's Paycheck: The employer is required to make all payroll

deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law.

First Work Week Reimbursement: The employer will reimburse the worker in the first workweek for all visa, border, and related fees.

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment at no cost to the worker.

Single Workweek for Pay: A single workweek will be used in computing wages due as required by law.
