Adecco is currently recruiting for a Painter in the Twinsburg, Oh area.

$17 Per hour

Flexible Scheduling- Must work 8 hours a day Monday through Friday.

Job Summary:

Manufacturing painters are responsible to applying paints and coatings according to provided instructions, procedures, and specifications to a variety of materials and surfaces. Painters are responsible for delivering quality parts compliant with all requirements and reporting issues and needs clearly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Paint Department:

• Read and interpret travelers, prints, and instructions on color, gloss, texture, and masking.

• Prepare paint and coatings and use equipment to implement proper mix ratios.

• Track and place orders for material in response to inventory levels.

• Control material costs by maximizing efficiency and material usage.

• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Inspect parts prior to processing and report defects accordingly.

• Monitor parts throughout the paint process to ensure delivery of quality parts.

• Adhere to regulatory, safety, customer, and internal guidelines for material handling.

• Maintain clean, orderly, and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Meet ITAR Qualification Standards

• HS diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience with HVLP painting and auto body work is preferred

• Knowledge of paint formulation or color matching systems are preferred.

• Prior knowledge or experience is not a direct requirement, training will be provided as needed.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift over 50 pounds and lifting above the shoulders, hand, and arm motion, and kneeling and stooping frequently.

• Ability to work in environment which consists of exposure to fumes and chemicals as well as moderate noise.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
