FP&A Analyst The FP&A Analyst provides executives with analysis and information they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. The FP&A Analyst also ensures that accounting records, internal reporting, and external reporting are properly stated in accordance with all applicable regulations. This role plays a big part in safeguarding the company's assets by maintaining a strong internal control environment. Responsibilities: Provide support in compiling the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) budgeting data as well as forecast. Collaborate with various teams to analyze financial performance to satisfy all internal reporting requirements for senior management and other stakeholders throughout the business. Compile information for monthly reporting of key performance indicators. Support team in developing balance sheet forecasting. Support team in compilation of monthly reports and presentations for senior management as well as perform variance analysis to identify/investigate discrepancies Utilize systems and tools for data extraction and analysis to comply with various internal and external data requests. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. Experience with financial analysis responsibilities. Understanding of the composition function and purpose of all financial statements. Experience in monthly and annual accounting period closes. Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: BS/BA Degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years' experience in an accounting/finance role Experience working in an ERP system (SAP Preferred) Experience working in a consolidation tool (i.e., OneStream, HFM) Familiarity of US GAAP principles Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to take initiative, own and follow through on projects to completion Key Relationships: Operations, Finance/Accounting, Functional Leaders (HR, Supply Chain, SIOP, Legal, etc,) Travel Requirements: Less than 10% of travel required Working Conditions: Hybrid schedule Our Financial Planning Analysis Analyst will earn a variable compensation including base salary and bonus.
