Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining all aspects of our production facility, including mechanical and electrical repairs. You will start by performing preventive maintenance (PMs) on 1st shift for at least three months to learn the equipment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will work with various machinery, including automated machines, mills, conveyors, and more. You will also respond to equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure all safety guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain all aspects of the production facility.

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs (training provided for electrical).

• Start with preventive maintenance to learn equipment; work on 1st shift for at least three months.

• Maintain and repair machinery, including automated machines, mills, conveyors, and more.

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete scheduled work orders.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

• Work with hydraulic pumps and proxy switches; hydraulics experience is a must.

• Perform preventative maintenance on machines.

• Responsible for facilities maintenance and installations as needed, excluding painting, plumbing, and janitorial duties.

• Follow all safety guidelines.

• Work on technical machine products and Engle presses.

• Handle electrical tasks involving 240V, and 480V.

• Work on washers, dryers, mills, and vacuum pumps.

• Troubleshoot industrial machinery.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs.

• Experience in rubber, plastics, or extrusion.

• Welding experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of TWINSBURG, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $64480.00/yr.
