General Description

The position provides system/application administration and proactive support of the IT

environment in a customer focused environment. Maintains smooth operation of multi-user

computer systems, requiring coordination with other administrators. Independently, and with

teammates, will determine and develop solutions to situations. Thorough understanding and wide

application of technical principles, theories and concepts is needed along with general knowledge

of other related disciplines. Performs duties as a Support Engineer through a team approach in

support of the infrastructure operations, hardware, software and mobile devices. Works as a

Project Manager when given duties and responsibilities to lead projects from start to finish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Application provisioning and configuration and support for core products installed on end user

devices.

2. Device management (imaging, patch/software management, printer deployment, hardware

config).

3. Administration and support for network, server, and desktop environments.

4. Desktop Support for end-user computing and troubleshooting across the environment.

5. Provide day-to-day configuration, operations, and maintenance of the enterprise applications

and end-points.

6. Develop and maintain system documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures used to

manage product baseline.

7. Assist with development and ongoing projects and can function as a project lead within the

department on specific projects.

8. Travel is required locally between locations and may be required to other locations within the

state.

9. Must be able to drive an automobile on company business and have a valid driver\'s license.

10. Must have regular and good attendance to work.

11. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

? Responsibilities for Work of Others: No supervision.

? Responsibility For Funds, Equipment, Property, Etc.: Regularly responsible for funds,

building premises, inventory, or other property owned, controlled, or leased by the

organization and, in addition, may have temporary custody and responsibility of patron

property, which through carelessness, error, loss, theft, misappropriation, or similar action

would result in VERY important monetary losses to the organization. The total value for

the above would range from \$1,000,000 to \$10,000,000.

Education And Experience

? Education: Four year college degree, or equivalent experience resulting in broad

knowledge of a field related to the job, such as accounting, marketing, business

administration, agriculture etc.

? Experience General: 5 years related experience and/or training.

? Experience Management: 12 to 18 months related management experience.

? Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
