V2X Project/Estimating Coordinator in Subic, Philippines
Overview
This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP
Under the supervision of the Program Controls manager, the Project Coordinator/ Estimating coordinator will perform a wide variety of administrative and coordination duties related to all aspects of the Projects Team. The Project Coordinator / Estimating coordinator will provide support to project supervisors, Program Controls manager and Estimating/ Pricing personnel for the development of ROMS/PPEs/UCOs to include, but not limited to SOWs, RFPs, ROMs, PPEs, and UCOs, the project coordinator/ Estimating coordinator will help provide technical volumes and Project Field Surveys (FSs) / Risk Assessments (RAs). The Project Coordinator will be required to track projects, costs, schedule and performance as needed, as well as provide document control in Share Point and MS Outlook. Production of specific reports such as the Project Daily Situational Report is essential
Work is generally conducted in a shop environment. However, duties may involve the conduct of work in the outdoors area with a potential exposure to extreme climatic condition. Work requires stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolong sitting and occasional working in cramped and awkward position. Frequent exposure to conditions of inclement weather, extreme heat and cold, high/low humidity, blowing dust, and working in confined spaces and at heights. Must be willing to work additional hours when mission requires.
Responsibilities

Assists and/or performs coordination of site visits, inspections and meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Facilitates meeting agenda preparation, takes minutes, produces and distributes final meeting minutes inclusive of on-site meetings related to ROMs/PPEs/UCOs
Assists in developing and/or producing documents to support and complete projects
Provides document control, filing and distribution of project related internal and external documents, including but not limited to construction and inspection reports, submittals, permits, facility access documents, etc.
Provides updates for the daily and weekly situational project status report related to ROMs/PPEs/UCOs
Liaising with all project stakeholders to ensure process continuity. Serves as estimating POC onsite for collecting BOE, BOM, related to ROMs/PPEs/UCOs
Populates and provides document control in MS Outlook and Share Point folders files and folders related to ROMs/PPEs/UCOs
Populates, maintains and monitors various trackers, such as a submittal tracker related to ROMs/PPEs/UCOs
Establishes and populates project closeout files per contract requirements related to ROMs/PPEs/UCOs

Education / Certifications:
One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
High School Degree.
Must be able to obtain a Host Country Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or associate Degree is preferred
Experience:
Three (3) years of similar experience in the construction industry is required, such as project controls, construction administration or similar positions. Must have experience in data processing and/or record keeping.
Must have a working knowledge of project management in the construction industry
Three years operations, coordination, project controls or similar experience in the construction or manufacturing industry
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills – must have Level 4 skills in English.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Word
Ability to work with very diverse workforce
Experience in data collection and technical writing preferred
Experience supporting DOD construction efforts a positive
Experience supporting program management efforts a positive
Working Conditions:
Must be capable of working in an extreme weather condition with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions.
Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.
Physical Requirements:
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting
