Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Directs feed manufacturing and feed deliveries in carrying out the approved programs.

• Performs administrative duties in preparing and analyzing reports and records.

• Actively pursues acquisition of information or skills to manage feed manufacturing and

deliveries.

• Holds supervisors and employees accountable for feed manufacturing and delivery.

• Manages the learning and training of subordinates to continually improve their skills and

knowledge.

• Maintains close and effective working relationships with accounting, technical services,

vendors, contract producers, and government agencies.

• Performs other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in

agriculture, science, business, or related area; and five years progressive experience in poultry

production or related area.
