The contributions you will make: This position works with the Insurance team to provide support for ensuring a comprehensive quality assurance/compliance review program that maintains compliance and consistent application of, federal and state insurance rules, regulations, policies and procedures and insurance carrier (AIP) underwriting rules. A typical day: Quality Control and Compliance Reviews documents to ensure compliance, completion, and guidelines are met prior to delivering to the client: Resulting documents Claim check verification Insurance client or prospect documents Reviews documents submitted from agents for accuracy and quality ensuring they are Risk Management Agency (RMA), Approved Insurance Provider (AIP) and Compeer compliant.
