Primary Function
The Coordinator is at the functional center of a live event production team, serving as a liaison for clients, staff, and crew. In aligning the technical and logistical aspects of live streaming and broadcast video production, you’ll work closely with a diverse team, including Account Management, Live Operations Leads, and Streaming Engineers. The person in this role ensures seamless execution of high-impact live events. Production knowledge, organizational skills, and collaborative spirit will drive the success of streaming and event initiatives.

Range: $36/hr. - $38/hr.
Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with various departments to configure, set up, and monitor live streams across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn Live, Microsoft Teams, and YouTube Live.
Coordinate with streaming producers to schedule, test, and execute live streams, ensuring all technical and operational aspects are covered
Utilize CRM tools such as Teams, Slack, Airtable, Jira, and ServiceNow to track project progress, manage tasks, and ensure timely execution
Author detailed reports on viewer behavior and experience for each event, providing insights that drive future improvements
Troubleshoot streaming issues by collaborating with vendors, engineers, operators, and streaming producers to find and implement solutions
Facilitate the onboarding and support of major broadcasters on LinkedIn Live and other streaming platforms
Collaborate with technical producers to manage live broadcast execution at onsite, remote, and offsite studio locations, ensuring smooth operation throughout the event
Provide post-event support by analyzing attendance metrics and producing viewership analytics reports on a per-project/event basis
Maintain and update live-streamed event metadata to ensure project data is accurate and current
Organize, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and clear communication
Ensure all projects adhere to established frameworks, and maintain accurate documentation and records for due diligence and financial purposes.
Assign tasks to internal teams, assist with schedule management, and prepare/update project status reports
Process invoices, update tracking reports, and manage files related to project financials and due diligence
Assist with team activities, documentation, and special projects
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of live streaming technologies and video broadcasting platforms, including LinkedIn Live, Microsoft Teams, YouTube Live, and others
Technical understanding of video and audio encoding workflows, including familiarity with cloud-based encoding solutions
Proficiency in using CRM tools and project management software such as Teams, Slack, Airtable, Jira, and ServiceNow
Strong project coordination and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and ensure timely execution of live streaming projects
Outstanding verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional support and assistance to both internal teams and external broadcasters
Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and requirements to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and understanding
Basic understanding of AV systems and equipment, including audio consoles, video switchers, encoders, and related hardware
Skilled in documenting and reporting on project progress, viewership analytics, and post-event metrics to provide actionable insights
Proficient in managing metadata and maintaining accurate records for live-streamed events, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Proven ability to adapt to dynamic environments, handling unexpected challenges and making quick decisions under pressure
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues related to live streaming and broadcast video
Ability to facilitate effective teamwork and maintain positive working relationships with various stakeholders involved in live streaming projects
Education & Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in live production and/or studio production environments, demonstrating a strong background in project management
Technical Project Management certifications preferred and supported
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Media Production, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred
