Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill an Office Admin position.

Description :

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Admin to manage our office operations and provide administrative support to our WW Business Process Reengineering (BPR) team, located in Sunnyvale. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.

  • Assist with team requests (equipment, conference rooms, etc.).

  • Perform data entry and maintain databases.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.

  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and team summits.

  • Assist with new hire and contractor onboarding.

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.

  • Able to understand assignments and complete them with confidence.

  • Commitment to excellence, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Positive and innovative in ambiguous situations.

  • Resourceful and able to work collaboratively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience as an office administrator or in a similar role is a plus.

  • Proficient in Apple products (Calendar, Numbers, Keynote) is a plus.

Pay Details: $20.39 per hour
