Description
Trust Fundamentals is a cross-functional organization at Amazon responsible for building technologies, programs, and services that create and grow customer trust, and enable Amazon's business partners and stakeholders to fulfill their trust-related obligations efficiently and effectively.
We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and skilled leader who can drive privacy programs across Devices and Services. In this role, you will have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of innovative products and services.
Key job responsibilities
• You will be responsible for diving deep into technical systems, understanding them well and staying connected to the details;
• You will be responsible for delivering results while working in an ambiguous environment;
• You will need a strong bias for action and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously;
• You will define strategy and build and execute roadmaps for the programs you own;
• You will be responsible for overall coordination, quality and productivity and will be the primary point of contact for world-wide stakeholders of programs that you run;
• Throughout, you will internalize Amazon’s Leadership Principles, and live those into everyday practices to guide your programs to success.
A day in the life
• Dive deep with your customers to identify and understand their painpoints;
• Think big to build durable products that anticipate future painpoints;
• Use your technical judgment and understanding to test assumptions;
• Track deliverables, keep stakeholders inform, escalate when necessary;
• Evangelize your products and drive adoption;
• Think through all aspects of your products' life cycles, incl. business, technical, legal, and marketing;
• Help others grow professionally.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
