Leading a strong team of reservation agents that oversees the Sydney Marriott Cluster Hotels.

What will you be doing:

• Managing the day to day supervision and operations of the cluster reservations team

• Responsible for generating reports on a weekly and monthly basis

• Providing training sessions and on boarding new reservations agents

• Maintain a confident selling approach to maximize overall hotel revenue and room sales

• Ensuring all calls, emails and enquiries are handled and responded to in a timely manner

• Liaise with the Front Office and Sales teams for all group reservation enquiries

About You:

• Experience in a reservations or front office role

• Proven high level of customer service experience

• Ability to lead and motivate a team, experience in training others is essential

• OPERA system experience is highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail, professional communication skills both written and verbal are all essential
