Opportunity to join Asia Pacific Regional Investment Team focusing on the Australia and New Zealand markets

The opportunity;
You will support the sourcing and monitoring of fund, club, joint venture and programmatic venture investment opportunities
Contribute to the detailed underwriting and due diligence of investment opportunities including market research, detailed financial analysis, manager due diligence, vehicle legal and tax structuring, financing review, and coordination of external advisors for asset, legal and tax due diligence
Contribute to the preparation of detailed materials required by the investment process
Participate in the presentation of opportunities to the Indirect Global Investment Team and Investment Committee
Coordinate and work on the Investment Oversight Committee materials including semi-annual performance reforecasts and annual investment review notes
You will support investment disposition process and asset management activities
Collaborate with Portfolio Management team to ensure up-to-date client requirements
About you;
You will have 6 - 10+ years of relevant experience, including substantial hands-on experience in investment and real estate sectors
Previous experience as an investment manager, investment consultant, or from multi-manager firm, pension fund, Australian superannuation fund or other large institutional investor will be highly desirable
Understanding and appreciation of investment risks
Knowledge and experience with writing market analysis and overviews
Strong financial modelling skills with advanced competency in Microsoft Excel
Clear familiarity with the management of debt and financial reporting
