    Client Manager, Surety

    We are seeking for a Client Manager to our growing team to advance Aon’s standing as a market-leader in the Credit Solutions space. You will be a credible and trusted source of advice bringing your industry knowledge and experience to internal and external stakeholders.

    This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices.

    What the day will look like

    You will be:

  • Using your technical expertise to structure, negotiate and manage Credit Insurance programs for a portfolio of corporate clients

  • Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management

  • Identifying opportunities to assist new or existing clients to mitigate their credit risk exposure and optimise their working capital position

  • Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business

  • Assisting clients and prospective clients by providing insights and advice on surety solutions

  • Meeting clients at C-suite, conducting presentations to individuals and groups

  • Be a Thought Leader in the market to propagate Aon’s reputation in this sector

  • Assisting in tenders and sourcing new accounts

  • Pro-actively seek ways to increase penetration of the Aon brand and its capabilities in the market

  • Maintaining a strong market presence within surety and credit

  • Continue to develop and grow and retain a client base

  • Maintain and develop a high-quality relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • In-depth knowledge and experience across relationship management within the institutional banking space

  • Strong financial analysis skills

  • Exposure dealing with the construction, infrastructure or resources industry would be highly advantageous

  • Experience at engaging with senior executives and developing relationships within the banking and finance industry

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an engaging and enthusiastic personal style

  • Strong time management skills and proven experience working in a high-pressure professional environment

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in team environment.
