We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our high performing team working with our major client – Placemaking NSW. Located at The Rocks and Darling Harbour, you will provide key support to our Facility Managers responsible for the soft services within the precinct.

Here's a snapshot of your day;

• Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with our client and tenants

• Assist with day to day site operations including contractor management, work requests, and troubleshooting building issues

• Oversee the health, safety and environmental aspects of the FM delivery and complete site safety inspections.

• Assist with the management of service contractors to deliver cost-effective repairs and maintenance

• Co-ordinate access for tenant contractors to undertake work on behalf of tenants

• Conduct account administration and support the facilities management team in managing the asset risk and compliance

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you'll need to be successful;

• Previous experience in facilities or property administration with trade qualifications highly regarded

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

• Demonstrated initiative with the ability to problem solve

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• A strong work ethic and positive approach
