Job Description

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Program Management Team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, particularly those with a background in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or those Chartered with AIPM, to further their career within the Energy & Power industry.

While prior experience in the energy and power sector is advantageous, we are also keen to hear from professionals with a strong interest in transitioning into this growing industry.

What will a day in this role look like:

• Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects within the energy and power sectors, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement innovative and sustainable solutions

• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure adherence to industry standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices in project management

Qualifications

What are we looking for from you?

• Proven experience , 10+ years, as a Project Manager in large-scale infrastructure projects

• Qualifications in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or be chartered with AIPM

• Strong interest in pursuing a career within the Energy & Power sector

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
