Description We are seeking a Network Administrator to join our Construction/Contractor team in Sylmar, California. As a Network Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing both on-site and remote technical support, handling IT assets, and staying abreast with the latest industry practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support remotely or on-site to end-users across various job sites in California.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network.

• Handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and network equipment.

• Facilitate the setup of new job sites, ensuring optimal network infrastructure and internet connectivity.

• Monitor system performance proactively to detect potential problems.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of IT assets and support activities.

• Work collaboratively with the IT team to implement IT policies and procedures.

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices.

• Manage user onboarding for new job sites.

• Utilize skills in Cisco Routers, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, Firewall Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management to enhance deployments. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Network Administrator, preferably in the construction/contractor industry.

• Proficient in handling Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies.

• Demonstrated expertise in Citrix Technologies.

• Experience with Dell Technologies is a must.

• Proficient in managing Firewall Technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory.

• Experience in Backup Technologies is required.

• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware.

• Proven skills in Configuration Management.
