SRC, Inc Human Resources Admin (Intern - Summer 2025) in Syracuse, New York
- Assisting with special projects
- Scheduling appointments/meetings in Microsoft Outlook
- Managing digital filing systems
- Compiling data for reports
- Candidate will have access to and will be responsible for protecting the company's intellectual property, resources and confidential information; High level of honesty and integrity is needed
- Supporting activities in the areas of new hire orientation, recruiting activities and recognition program activities
- Other administrative tasks
- Currently enrolled in a degree seeking program. Preferred major is business with a focus on human resource management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required
- Detail-oriented person who likes to ensure every document, task and project is on-point
- Selected candidate must be a proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Able to work collaboratively within a team in a variety of human resources subject matter areas, at ease with ambiguity
- Strong interest in working in a team environment
