SRC, Inc Human Resources Admin (Intern - Summer 2025) in Syracuse, New York

SRC Inc. is currently seeking a Human Resources Intern for summer 2025. The selected applicant will assist in the daily execution of department needs. Candidate will be responsible for completion of various diverse tasks and projects.
What You'll Do
  • Assisting with special projects
  • Scheduling appointments/meetings in Microsoft Outlook
  • Managing digital filing systems
  • Compiling data for reports
  • Candidate will have access to and will be responsible for protecting the company's intellectual property, resources and confidential information; High level of honesty and integrity is needed
  • Supporting activities in the areas of new hire orientation, recruiting activities and recognition program activities
  • Other administrative tasks
What You'll Bring
  • Currently enrolled in a degree seeking program. Preferred major is business with a focus on human resource management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required
  • Detail-oriented person who likes to ensure every document, task and project is on-point
  • Selected candidate must be a proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team in a variety of human resources subject matter areas, at ease with ambiguity
  • Strong interest in working in a team environment

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $20.00 to $22.00/hour. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
