Coordinated Care Services, Inc. Program Manager Promise Zone in Syracuse, New York

ABOUT THE POSITION: CCSI is contracted by Syracuse City and Onondaga County Schools Promise Zone to provide program management services, including specialized staffing. The Program Manager provides oversight of, and supervision to, the Promise Zone Specialist (PZS) program. Promise Zone Specialists work with school teams in the Multi-Tiered System of Support, identifying youth and delivering interventions to increase school functionality.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Provide oversight and support to assistant program manager and program supervisors. Act as primary liaison to school districts, school-based programs, and other key stakeholders. Support integration of PZS into Multi-Tiered System of Support.
Graduation from regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with Masters Degree in Public Administration, Human Services, or other related field plus 5 years related professional experience implementing and/or operating services and supports for school aged youth, two of which were in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent education and work experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart)
