Job Description
What is the job about?
This coordinator role’s main purpose is to support the Grundfos City visitor centre’s activities from documentation and organization point of view in GMH (GrundfosManufacturing Hungary). Also, a task to take care of visitors, guiding smaller groups and help the Grundfos City guide by any means.
Your main responsibilities :
Organizing of visitors’ accommodation, transfer, flights, catering and plant visit activities
Support all Grundfos City activities from documentation point of view
Invoicing of activities towards sales divisions
Ordering services
Welcome and taking care of visiting Customers and guests while the guide is not available
Guiding of smaller groups
Driving smaller presentations
Supporting Technical Indirect team
Cooperation with service providers (catering team, hotels, taxi companies, etc
Your background :
We imagine that you have:
Bachelor’s Degree / high school degree or equivalent work experience (preferred tourism)
Experience in administrative and organization works
Ability to be out most precise in documentation and organization
Ability to cooperate and work in teams as well
English proficiency
Good organizer, high capability for multitasking
Ability for effective time management, keeping deadlines
2-3 years of experience in a similar position
